You can use MyMemorial to locate the nearest Memorial Care clinic offering urgent care services and see how many people are waiting, as well as check in before leaving home using the “On My Way” feature.  Using this convenient service, you can talk to an experienced Memorial Care provider via secure video link and get a diagnosis and treatment plan without leaving your home.  Use the Memorial Care app to schedule appointments, both in clinic or through our telehealth option, with our physicians and advanced practice providers, anytime, anywhere.  The first step is to create a profile within the Memorial Care app.  Your dependents and emergency contacts can also save their spot in line using your Memorial profile.  The Memorial Care app features full integration with Amazon’s Alexa voice assistant.  If a clinic visit doesn’t fit your schedule, use MyMemorial to launch a virtual telehealth appointment.  "Alexa, tell Memorial Care I'm on my way.  Once installed, you can set up a profile and preferred clinic location directly through MyMemorial .  Use FollowMyHealth or DMH Chart to access your health records, view test and lab results, request prescription renewals, talk to your doctor and more.  Your profile also allows you to add dependents and create emergency contacts.  This short questionnaire creates a snapshot of your current health and offers goals and strategies to improve your overall well-being.  This profile will include your name, birthdate and basic contact info.  MyMemorial displays all your upcoming and past appointments.  Getting the healthcare you need should be as convenient as possible.  NOTE: MyMemorial is intended for non-emergency use only.
