Broken app with fake reviews
This app is essentially unusable. It doesn’t feel like a finished app, this is like a day 1 alpha version release. The funniest thing is that the reviews are flooded with fake 5 star reviews from 9 and 2 years ago. Way to go, memorial.

Useless for measuring wait time because...
They’ve added other services to the department such a laboratory and I think radiology. I was the “second” patient on the urgent care list, and 40 minutes later, after watching at least 7 people be called and go back for things, they finally called me. They need to add those “other patients” to the number recorded on the app, so people can decide whether or not to go somewhere else or come in. I would have left had I been told the amount of people who were in front of me.
