Hi ... dual joy in mid play on app..... swoped control mode.... suddenly kicked out. Killed hers .... doesn't want to charge.... n mine refusing to go off. Holding in 3sec...... 4sec..... 10sec... just continues. Have had this issue a,year ago and this is,the replacement!!!!.... ridiculous n frustrating as was reassured that glitch is sorted by sales rep/technician. Not sure if previously they repaired this or replaced. But require urgent resolution thanx

Hello! I own a Huawei P40 mobile. I downloaded the app form the apk, because I couldnt get it from google play. Problem: the app works with the vibrator, but I cant register amy kind of new user. I have tryed everything. The circle keeps spinning and it wont let me login. This is the reason I bought this app so I can play with my husband when he is not home. What can I do? Can you fix this? My husband has Huawei also and had no problem completing the login. We tried 2 hours. Nothing works at all.
