When I enter scores and then want to review a scorecard it pulls up an entirely different foursome !!! Can not see the scorecard for our group. Just started happening, very frustrated.. I have deleted and reinstalled app but no change

Golf genius doesn’t recognize a league I am in on my iphone However it does recognize it on my computer Is there a setting I am using that is blocking adding the league? It does recognize 2 other leagues I am in on my iPhone

last fall golf genius suddenly stopped working on my android phone I have tried everything to get it back on with no avail. I'm not sure if it is a problem with the app on android or the phone itself. I have 0 issues with other apps on my phone. Golf season is upon us and my club uses this app would like to issue resolved if possible. Thank You Mr. Clair Stevens

We are at Oshawa Golf Club and are having the same issue reported below. It looks like Android may be a problem according to our ProShop and the app needs to be updated by Golf Genius. Are you doing an update? Thanks... By Eric Eckenrode Jul 09 2022 Golf Genius stopped working for a bunch of us Friday, July 8th. Seems to be more Andriod related though some iPhone users also had issues. We all tried rebooting phone but still would crash after putting GGID in and selecting a player.

When I sign in, I get a message that says "you are not part of any leagues/events/trips" despite the fact that there is a tournament at my club and others are accessing and using the app.

Golf Genius stopped working for a bunch of us Friday, July 8th. Seems to be more Andriod related though some iPhone users also had issues. We all tried rebooting phone but still would crash after putting GGID in and selecting a player.

My phone recently updated and now golf genius crashes when I click on our golf league. I'm using a Samsung galaxy s21 ultra. My partner's iPhone is working just fine, so more than likely an android issue.

I have not been able to connect using my iPhone 7 with update version 15.5. I get "X an error has occurred. Please try again". I have deleted and re downloaded the app several times and continue to get the same error message after log in attempt with either email or designated GGID#. Please advise. Thanks!
