How to fix Scanner app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Scanner app on iPhone
Update Scanner app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Scanner iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Scanner on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Scanner network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Scanner Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Scanner not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Scanner App
1. On android, goto Settings » Scanner » click [Force Stop]

Update Scanner to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Scanner App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Scanner » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Scanner.

Fix Scanner unable to contact server/ Scanner internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Scanner » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Scanner » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
