All my documents/files have disappeared. Literally years worth of files. I open up Tiny Scanner and it says "There are no documents? HELP!!

I have bee. Using tiny scanner for years on my iPhone. Up until 2 weeks ago. I tried to use it yesterday and it was completely off my phone?! What’s up with that and where are all my documents?

I have scanned documents into a file. I want to be able to upload them to a secure portal. When I look for the file in my device’s files, it does not appear. Previously, I had been able to share the file to the i-pad files storage location; however, this option is greyed out/unavailable. I have the premium version. I had been able to share to the i-pad files in the past. I have downloaded the latest version, and have used the option to restore purchased (which I do not actually know what it means to restore purchased -please do let me know this also). Please help me get to the greyed-out option for sharing the Tiny Scan file to the device’s storage files. Peace, Kelly M

Tiny scanner emails from iPhone only intermittently - will work some days, and others not a chance. No change in steps to email through Tiny Scanner, so I am baffled as to why this is occurring.

I'm using Tiny Scanner to take an image and saving to one drive as a pdf. But when I go back to one drive to view the document it doesn't open as a pdf and doesn't give me the option of a pdf app to open it with. Its as if it doesn't recognise the document as a pdf file. This happens whether I try accessing through my phone or desktop.

I have done all troubleshooting steps clearing data/cache, uninstalling/reinstalling, checking permissions. I am trying to upload to google drive but the message 'No apps can perform this action'. I have never had this issue.
