Rachio Status

My app stopped working this week. My watering schedule disappeared and the only option I have is quick run

I just got this and went to set it up. On my Samsung Phone, I get this error "Something went wrong loading the dashboard. Please try again" I click the Try Again button and it just goes back to that same error. I have restarted the phone and reinstalled the software. Super unhappy with the install experience to get the system running. Thanks for the help.

Open the app on both phones to do manual run and the system shows that it is running but the sprinklers have not popped up? Checked multiple zones and is the same thing.

Same problem on both my iPhone and my wife’s iPad. Just the logo and then nothing. Have been using it for? years and never a problem.

App won't open and I live near Houston where it is 100 degrees.

I can not open Rachio app. The controller looks like everything is ok. I deleted the app and reinstalled it but that did not help. There has been no software or hardward changes in my system. The only unusal thing is that there was a recent power failure but that has never affected the system in the past.

Rachio 3 app will not open, only blank screen on both iPhone and iPad. I have reset and still no app operation. Noted many current users stating same issue. Help, it’s 95 degrees here in Twin Falls, Idaho and I need my system. Thanks

Suddenly the Rachio app won't open on my iphone 11 ProMax running ios 15.5. It has been working fine up until now. I removed the app and reloaded it. I get the Rachio Logo for a few minutes and then the screen on my iphone goes blank

App won’t load. It freezes for a long time on the logo page, then just goes white.

Same as most above. Get Rachio logo, goes to a white screen and nothing happens. iOS 15.5, on iPhone SE (2020). Resetting the app prompted me for login, but still did not resolve the issue. I will get notifications if I manually run a cycle from the Rachio 3 device.

My Rachio app will not open, white screen with the logo and wont do anything else on both my iPhone and ipad

Having trouble opening I app. Get logo a msg. Something we nt wrong. Check internet. Check internet along with wifi everything checked out kk. I do get on the main screen a small circle with two dots inside. This is very frustrating. App has worked perfectly for several yrs. Need suggestions on how to correct this problem. Is there a malfunction of the app on Rachios end. H H

(Fixed) The Rachio app has not been working for a couple of days for me. It opens to a blank black screen and just stays that way. Fix: I had to reset the app in the iOS settings. Next I opened the app and logged in with my username and password. Works now

Rachio App won't open. I only see the logo screen.

I just activated a new iPhone 13 pro today. The Rachio app doesnt work. It says it is having trouble loading my personal data. I can control the Rachio controller from my desktop but the mobile app wont work.

Same problem as Sean. Was working for an hour while I was getting the system ready for summer. Now software just shows logo and won't advance. Re-install Rachio app and reset controller without effect

The app won’t open on my iPhone 11. It shows the Rachio logo but never launches. I’ve only had the unit a week and the whole purpose was to be able to use the app for adjustments.

Trying to open system for summer. One entire run (5 heads) does no operate although app says it is wiring. Re checked the wiring & it is fine.

We set up a new schedule and when we press next it reads: something went wrong. If the problem persists, please contact support. AND It is continuing to run and we can't shut it off.

Used the quick run yesterday and all was good. Tonight the Rachio Pp won’t open on my IPhone 13 or on my computer. The emblem comes up on my screen but that’s it. I deleted the app and reloaded but same problem.
