Have been using Lens for many years just fine. Recently, the images provided by LENS are blurred and unusable. My CAMERA however has very clear photos. I have cleaned the camera lens anyway, but that is not the problem. I deleted and reinstalled the app and that did not fix it. I have iPhone 15 Pro Max
