I have not been able to use my mobile app for a long while, so I recently had to call the bank about a charge to my account and I asked why I couldn't access my account, she said that they don't do that anymore.
I use this app almost daily, and have found it to be very useful. Starting about an hour ago, when I try to open the app on my Android Motox4 phone, I get the message 'Please Upgrade. A new version of the First Citizens Digital Banking app is available. Please download the latest version from the app store', and there's a button to visit the Play Store. I've downloaded and installed the app a few times, but it still happens. I can't use my app. Help!!
Status code 400, error, bad request, message, invalid cookie header.......this is what I'm getting every time I try to log in. Very frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cannot log on to my accounts. I understand there is a software issue. It would be really nice if FC explained to the customers what is going on and estimated time of solution. It would be just common decency to let the customers know about the problem instead of having to brouse the web to find out what is going on.
