I have been having issues for months. Now, it won't open at all. I contacted Citizens Bank, they suggested I delete and reinstall their app. I did as advised, it still won't open. I'm so angry!
I cannot access my online credit card account thru Citizens Bank since last weekend. No one will answer the phone, I've been trying for days to get ahold of someone. At least I don't have a bank account with them but seriously, no contact, no response, no information since this weekend. This is ridiculous.
When I attempt to take a photo of my check during mobile deposit, the camera changes orientation to landscape in portrait position and vice versa. I was able to take photos manually and the deposit appears to have been accepted but just thought you should know. Was there a software update recently?
The app is not working and hasn’t been for days.
