Hi The app for the cube will not let me past the 1st part which is "next" it just says you can access the network only after device configuration is complete.. It has options for exit or cancel, but if I press next the same thing comes up

Hi my B900-230 cube will connect me to the internet. But I Cannot set up the hi link app as I cannot get past step 2. Every time I hit “next” it pops up “saving WiFi settings” and then reports (in red) failed ❗️ No matter what I do I cannot get past this step 2. Thanks
