Can’t connect to app since latest update
The title says it all. I can’t connect to this app since the developers released the latest update. This means I cannot configure my hotspot or read SMS messages from my ISP. Ever wonder about who I should to speak to about this? Yeah, good luck. I don’t speak Mandarin. I’m wondering if my Hotspot is bricked in case I can’t configure it for traveling. —- Update to the developer 10/15 - I’ve reset my E5885 hotspot to default several times during troubleshooting. Is this HiLink app compatible with iOS v13? Issue: When I open the HiLink app and click on the Connect button (while connected to the hotspot’s LAN), the app immediately displays an error “Disconnected. Can not connect to the device” I can reach my hotspot’s webGUI via a web browser but it’s entirely in Mandarin with no English option. The developers seem to have assumed that the HiLink app would be the sole admin method for English speaking customers without realizing that an alternative method would be required if the HiLink app fails. Could there be an English version of the built-in GUI released soon via firmware update? Because the HiLink app fails to connect. Thanks.
Please I was using this app with my other Huawei WiFi Now I bought Huawei E5573 WiFi I have tried logging in to manage my WiFi but it keeps saying login error....I have tried changing the password from web ...same thing I have tried resetting it Same issue....I need d app for an easy access Please fix dix
This app can back fire at the users in case their password was known to others since the last time I forgot to change the password someone blocked me from my own wifi and changed the password I suggest in the next update they make the block list from the device
Hopeless piece of crap
Worked vaguely okay until update in April 2019. Then continually need to log in and if you make a typo, you need to wait ten minutes before you can try again! If you get that wrong you may as well give up, life’s too short for stupid programmers who have no clue how to implement security! That’s only that feature! Besides the fact that it is highly inaccurate anyway, it should only be used as a rough guide! Basically, useless! Just like the plonkers that designed the app!
Language in safari
When you log in using the IP address on safari the language isn’t english. Please change it to world language or give us options to change to other languages
I accidentally blocked someone’s phone.... now I want to unblock but this said <If u want to unblock this device your internet connection will be interrupted > So,What will it be?if I click continue, internet will be broken or something happens?? Please answer to me! Thanks
I just bought a new portable WiFi device and it says to connect through the app, however I keep getting an error message saying « cannot connect device, turn on and try again » however the device is on and right next to my phone. I will have to return device because the IP address given is giving me a service error too, so I have no way to set up my device
please i would be most grateful if you can include USSD in the app to enable us access our sim data and to bundle direct from the app instead of taking the sim from the modem and inserting it into a phone to bundle data and re-inserting into the modem its really irritating..kindly do something about it for us and will give 5star that you deserve
The app is very good abd simple For more improvements u should add a place in the Notification Center " widget" That shows the battery and the internet usage Please take this notice serious
The last update than this new update had the battery for the wifi information like tells you that there is 3 hours left and 20 minuets left for the battery and this new version doesn't have this thing , I wish you update a newer version and fix the battery inform problem and thank you so much🌹

Hi there. Every time i open the app it gives me a pop telling me HUAWEI needs to upgrade, i then click it and it brings me to the apple and then all it says is "open" There isnt any upgrades Aswell as it doesn't run correctly with my router. It works but i cant do most functions as before

I’ll change my rating when someone can please answer as to why when I put in the password for the router it keeps telling me incorrect password !!! Then kick me out for 5 minutes !!! Why why why !! It’s beyond frustrating ! It won’t accept the password I have now which is the one that comes with this machine to change to the new password !! So Again why !!!
This app is really useful and helps so much. but there's one problem, the app can be controlled by others . Anybody knows the pass word can block the owner without permission. I hope this issue get fixed soon. Thanks .

I tried everything. But the app Hilink ask passwd. It should be admin, but it just doesn t work.
I did read all the manuals carefully.
This is poor quality.
