- My airline canceled the flights.

- Make it nearly impossible to talk with a customer service representative.

- The options, “press 1 for this” or “press 2 for that” are very specific and do not allow for out of the ordinary issues.

- My connecting flight got rescheduled without acknowledging me and it led to shorter layover for my next flight.

- You can cancel and perform date change via online on the app ONLY.
