We disconnected from our wi-fi...no luck, we turned off the VPN...no luck, tried to access the app outside of our home on different wi-fi networks...no luck, uninstalled and reinstalled the app...no luck, offloaded the app cache...no luck. and I don't know how to solve it. I have given up making booking on bonvoy , app won’t open and it’s been like that for months , it’s much easier to use another provider , must cost Marriott thousands if others feel the same
Error 403 after entry of user name and password, when there is a request to send 2nd verification. I removed and reinstalled the app. Still the same issue.

Went to Google play and was informed "this app won't work on your device". I am on Android version 9.
I can install the app but when I open it. A code immediately pops up then the app shuts down within 3-5 seconds.
App won't install on Samsung S7 with Android version 8. I get a message that says, "This app won't work for your device." It was previously installed but started saying login information incorrect, so deleted it and tried to reinstall. Now, I only get the error message above. What do I need to do to get it to install?
I can't get the Marriott Bonvoy app to install on my phone. I previously had a version of it but due to space constraints I deleted it. Now when I try to download it from Google Play Store it says this app won't work for your device. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I can access Marriott's website and get to the point of reserving a room. The site then says "Access denied" due to my server. I access Marriott many times and do have have this problem on my phone or tablet. It's my laptop that is giving me problems.
Mobile App keeps crashing when I try to check in.
I cannot book a reservation from the application. I am able to review available properties, edit dates and rates, select final selection but when I select "Book" I receive a red banner slider, down to up, that reads " This feature is not availble now, we are working on it. Please try again later..." I invariably take a screen shot and call Ambassador Service or show to the property management and they override the rates to the local system. FYI - This has been happening for three weeks.

The app doesn’t even open. It is the newest version according to Apple Store.
I try to sign in with my credentials on my iPhone or my wife’s iPhone and the app takes me back to the sign in screen. I have no problem signing in on website on phone or computer. I can sign in my wife credentials so problem is only on my account log in. Same issue too. I report to Bonvoy with video record of screen. So far did not heard back.
Same problem. I put in my credentials and hit "Sign-In". The black bar changes to grey and the 4 dots move horizontally as if it is signing in. But then it stops and goes back to the original sign-on screen. I tried putting in the wrong password just to see if it would recognize it as incorrect and it did so it does read the credentials, it just does not finish signing me in. I reported it to Bonvoy but they offer no help.

My ipad uses ios 12.5. The app requires ios 14 so the app no longer works. Is there an older app I can use that is compatible?
