why i cant reach my account, when i open hotels.com app there appears " we have problems on our end" what does it mean, how i can check my bookings?
Can't input itinerary number
"Too Many Requests" error and nothing works to fix it. I have cleared cache, Uninstalled the app/ restarted device/ reinstalled app, made sure I have the most up to date version of the app. And of course hotels.com is doing absolutely nothing to fix the issue. Just like how they screwed over there users from getting free nights after 10 stays. Now you have to stay 40 nights before you get 1 free. I suggest everyone removes this app and picks a new one that gives you value in your life instead of frustration!!!
I used the web access to make a reservation at Hotel Indigo in Verona for 2 nights starting this friday. However, the reservation does not appear in the app on my iPhone. Several attempts to find it using the Itinerary number, but still the app does not show it. Your system did email a confirmation though, and I called the hotel to be sure and they confirmed. WHY DOESN'T YOUR APP SHOW IT???
When I click on any account settings it just shows a blank screen
iOS 16.4.1 iPhone 13 mini Cleared cache, redownloaded, restarted phone Returns “sorry, we couldn’t find any…” Works fine online with the same device (ie the website).
Currently the app is not displaying rewards on my account. When selecting the icon for rewards it just shows a black / blank screen. This is not ideal when I have just collected 24 nights in one booking.
For a couple of months, I can log in thru a web browser, but the app just says”something went wrong on our end try again later. I understand that happens sometimes but for months???
I get the "too many requests" error message when using mobile data on both my Samsung tablet and Samsung phone. When on Wi-Fi the app opens and works fine. I use this app on a regular basis and this is horribly irritating and frustrating. Help.

Very impressive site with stats on all the problems with your app ... BUT are you also doing something to solve all these registered problems ...??? Using PC. :When I hit the "Book this stay " to pay for the hotel reservation is goes back to the top stating that there is a problem. But - no problem., Did change c. card; the same. Did try to use PayPal; the same.
Can login on iPhone or iMac but nothing appears to happen when trying to login on iPad. Recently upgraded to new iPad and have the same problem.
I can login on my computer - and try to do the exact same thing - with same credentials in the App and that doesn't work. Using Iphone. Since I have a hotel booking on saturday - I would like not to have to print or bring my laptop! Thank you. Brgds, Maja
I have made two reservations at two different hotels yesterday but when I choose to hit Book there is a message that they cannot process my reservations and I should try again "in a few moments". I have tried multiple times yesterday and today and get the same message. What is going on and when will it be fixed?? We need those reservations!
Initially I was unable to access hotels.com thru Samsung phone nor iPad. Was told it would be fixed overnight but not fixed. I uninstalled app from each multiple times, rebooted both etc. finally today successfully opened phone app and had to make adjustments. Yen to dollars!!! iPad still inoperable, Red X. Following line of text:{“message”: Too Many s”}. Note I made booking thru another service on account of problem. If problem continues, I will close the account

Can not confirm my booking. Have tried to make a reservation for 3 days. Different pay methods and I have tried both the app and different web browsers.
I can no longer access Hotels.com app on my Android A32 5G. It works all right on my computer and I can log in to my account with my email and password. On android it will neither accept email and password or Facebook and sometimes I get to the Captcha pictures, sometimes not. I have tried forgotten password, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing catch and data (it won't let me), using the chat help help but it just signed off without sorting my problem. Is this app no longer available?

No help from online agent. App is inefficient, unclear, inaccessible and apparently suddenly depends on my plane ticket to let me make a list of hotels I’m looking at?? At least a dozen years using this app, but pretty soon—-bye bye.

I was trying to make several booking on the app on Aug. 14 and was supposed to receive double stamps due to a promotion. One booking was to be for 4 nights, but the app kept saying I would receive only one reward night not 4 (or actually 8 with the double stamps promo). I did not make the bookings because the app was not working properly.
i can sign into hotels.com on my windows 10 pc - and the app on my iphone 13 - but not on my ipad - enter credentials & hit the sign in button and it just sits there without responding
