How to fix Castle app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Castle app on iPhone
Update Castle app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Castle iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Castle on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Castle network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Castle Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Castle not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Castle App
1. On android, goto Settings » Castle » click [Force Stop]

Update Castle to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Castle App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Castle » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Castle.

Fix Castle unable to contact server/ Castle internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Castle » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Castle » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Castle
