Summary of InstaBox Problems 🔥

- If I could give negative stars I would.

- App is a complete scam don’t download it.

- Spent money for followers and not only does it take 2+ days to add 50 followers… by the time it claims it finished just about all of those followers unfollow you.

- Right back where you were when you started. Huge scam.

- Would give zero stars. You pay for followers and then they drop literally minutes after.

I’ve been trying to add my account but is saying that it ain’t the right username and I’ve typed it all correctly. I’ve deleted and restored the app but its still saying “ failed to obtain the instagram info” so if you could help me that would be great as I did put money on this app and it isn’t working

How to fix InstaBox app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the InstaBox app on iPhone
Update InstaBox app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall InstaBox iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix InstaBox on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve InstaBox network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

InstaBox Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix InstaBox not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the InstaBox App
1. On android, goto Settings » InstaBox » click [Force Stop]

Update InstaBox to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear InstaBox App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » InstaBox » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart InstaBox.

Fix InstaBox unable to contact server/ InstaBox internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click InstaBox » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto InstaBox » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch InstaBox
