I have a problem with ASUS AiCloud

- App immediately closes when selecting the file or device that you want to open.

- Having problem just to add router to this app.

- Not very straight forward.

- Takes a few hours to get the app up and running.

- Not mathematic, cant seem to add router to this aicloud app.

It used to work fine but now when I login to my hdd it just continuously says loading

To resolve ASUS AiCloud network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the ASUS AiCloud App
1. On android, goto Settings » ASUS AiCloud » click [Force Stop]

Clear ASUS AiCloud App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ASUS AiCloud » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ASUS AiCloud.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ASUS AiCloud » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ASUS AiCloud » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ASUS AiCloud
