How to fix theScore app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the theScore app on iPhone
Update theScore app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall theScore iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix theScore on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve theScore network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

theScore Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix theScore not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the theScore App
1. On android, goto Settings » theScore » click [Force Stop]

Update theScore to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear theScore App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » theScore » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart theScore.

Fix theScore unable to contact server/ theScore internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click theScore » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto theScore » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch theScore
