Hello, Up until Friday, October 7, I was successfully able to use Nearpod in live presentation with my students. On Friday, I received a message to get a bigger screen or download the app. I downloaded the app for dell PC. It doesn't work. How can I start using nearpod live presentation again? Jannette Rotz

How to fix Nearpod app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Nearpod app on iPhone
Update Nearpod app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Nearpod iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Nearpod on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Nearpod network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Nearpod Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Nearpod not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Nearpod App
1. On android, goto Settings » Nearpod » click [Force Stop]

Update Nearpod to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Nearpod App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Nearpod » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Nearpod.

Fix Nearpod unable to contact server/ Nearpod internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Nearpod » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Nearpod » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
