There seems to be a problem using Vico Home (G-HOMA Battery Camera) and the new IOS 17 Iphone Software. I am using an Iphone 12 pro with IOS 17. As soon as the camera is activated with movement the volume of all notifications/ringtones is turned right down to the lowest level, and can only be restored by turning off the phone (soft reset) after disabling attention aware features on the phone. Obviously, not good.

Camera has great picture picture but only records for 20 seconds and then is several minutes before it records again. I need it to record as long as there is motion in the yard then record the next time motion occurs even it it only a few seconds later. How can I delete all of my videos? I’ve tried the following and it doesn’t work: 1. I select the check box at the upper right, so that I can 2. Select all at the upper left, 3. So that I can delete all And it doesn’t work. Until I can get this to work, VicoHome camera is useless.

Hello, I installed my camera and use the solar panel for charging. It worked fine for about a week but now it keeps dropping the signal. Nothing has changed with the internet or location of the camera. I've had to take it down multiple times and reset it, and it'll work okay for a while, but as soon as I connect the solar charger back up to the camera the signal drops again. I tested it multiple times and it's definitely something with the solar charger. How can this be remedied? Thanks!

I'm just about ready to return this security camera because of the lousy Vicohome software. I cannot install it! I downloaded the software to my mobile phone. The mounted camera seemed to work at first, but then when I needed to use my mobile phone to talk on the phone and do other things, each time I opened the Vicohome app my camera glitched out, malfunctioning and needing reset. So I decided to uninstall the Vicohome app and install it on another mobile phone that I had sitting idle, to have a dedicated screen that I didn't have to mess with. But every time I try to download the Vicohome app now, it won't let me, saying that I already installed it. I don't have Vicohome installed right now on any of my phones, and the camera is useless right now. The Vicohome website won't allow me to download the app. So I deleted all of my temporary cache and data files on my DuckDuckGo browser, but I still cannot download the VicoHome app, because it says there are no eligible apps to install. I reset my camera button, and when that didn't work also cycled the power button, but nothing works. Thank you.

Hi the recordings are only 10, 15 or 20 seconds, which generally only captures the beginning of an event. The detection is set to high sensitivity however i have events that are unrecording such as a car begins to park, then recorsing stops ... there is no event with the exiting of the car etc.. another car is in the live feed but there is no event to show how and when that car arriived or anyone exiting. There are actvities obvious unrecorded.

Just bought two solar panel cameras and they've worked fine for the last two weeks. Today, they've suddenly disconnected...although the signal has been fine and the signal strength at the camera positions has been recorded Strong! I've deleted them both, reset them and tried to reconnect but they keep failing to connect to the Hotspot, and multiple times I get the "Cloud Services connection has failed and timed out!" on both cameras! I'm lost and frustrated!

My live feed does not work keeps timing out. It did work for a few minutes but stopped. All three cameras are connected to same network, wifi signal is "Strong". Notifcation videos work fine just not able to live feed. Have checked all modem permissions to allow video feed and they are set correctly. What am I missing? Today for the first time my camera started to have issues. Firstly it did not pick up my postman as it usually does. Then it was okay for a few hours and now it is sending me alerts every few minutes saying motion has been detected but there is none - I've even turned off the car notification just in case it was picking these up in the very distant, which it had not done before.

I’ve had my camera for 30 days. At the end of the 30 days I chose not to purchase a plan. My camera almost immediately started sending notifications every minute and there was no activity whatsoever. I turned it off for a couple day hoping that would resolve my problem. That didn’t work so I purchased the 12month plan assuming my issue was because I didn’t purchase a plan. That did not work. My camera still sends notifications every minute when there is NO activity. I’m not very happy!

Hi. I had my two cameras for about 2 months and the sound alerts stopped working. I get the alerts but not the sound to notify me when it detects an object. It worked great for about a month now it doesn't. Could you please suggest what I can to do get sound back? I purchased basic intelligence premium which didn't do anything.
