Since upgrading to iOS 17 on my iphone SE3 the TED app doesn’t work, only showing a tiny 🟥 in the centre. Tried reseting the phone, deleting the app and reinstalling but still it doesn’t work.

I can't play or download anything on the app

The app crashes when clicking play on the sessions. I had removed the apps and reinstalled on my ipHone

I can log in to my LinkedIn account with my MacBook Pro on my home network and also with my HP laptop on my employer's network. However, when I try to use my mobile devices (an iPhone and iPad), I cannot log into my account. I get a message that says my password is wrong. I have closed all of my open apps on both devices and restarted my mobile devices. I have deleted the app and reinstalled the app. No matter what I do, the apps will not work on my mobile devices. Is there a problem with the app itself? On my iPhone my iOS system is version 15.3.1, the most recent version. Thanks for your help.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent TED app issues:

Force Stop the TED App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click TED app. » click "Force Stop".

Update TED to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TED App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "TED app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch TED.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click TED » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
