Can’t log in on the app.

How to fix Travelers app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Travelers app on iPhone
Update Travelers app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Travelers iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Travelers on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Travelers network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Travelers Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Travelers not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Travelers App
1. On android, goto Settings » Travelers » click [Force Stop]

Update Travelers to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Travelers App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Travelers » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Travelers.

Fix Travelers unable to contact server/ Travelers internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Travelers » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Travelers » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Travelers
