Every time I open the app or click the link and get brought to the app it just shows the blue screen with the Sora mascot on it. I can’t access my books or anything at all no matter for that matter. This has persisted across powering down my device, reestablishing wifi connection, and redownloading the app. When I log in on my browser I am set 6 chapters back within my current book and have lost all of my highlights and notes within those chapters.

App crashes everytime I want to login with my school.

1. I can't seem to borrow any books or place any holds. 2. After about 30 seconds of having the app open, it will close. I have tried to sign out, but now I can't borrow or place holds.

How to fix Sora, app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Sora, app on iPhone
Update Sora, app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Sora, iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Sora, on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Sora, network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Update Sora, to the latest version on PlayStore

1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Sora, » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.

Fix Sora, unable to contact server/ Sora, internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Sora, » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Sora, » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
