App won't allow any new stitches. No one in my office can figure it out... And, Settings consists solely of a page asking for tips, which did not create a good impression amongst my co workers... I did tip, but still, no way to create any new images, no adding of photos and no ability to alter settings...

How to fix Tailor app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Tailor app on iPhone
Update Tailor app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Tailor iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Tailor on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Tailor network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Tailor Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Tailor not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Tailor App
1. On android, goto Settings » Tailor » click [Force Stop]

Update Tailor to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Tailor App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Tailor » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Tailor.

Fix Tailor unable to contact server/ Tailor internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Tailor » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Tailor » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
