Since your upgrade, I both my husband & I both had problems with loading and opening the program. Fix it please. My family live hundreds of klms away and this is our visual daily record of the kids. The program wasn't broken!!

I can not play my family videos I've downloaded from Tinybeans. The error message says, "Can't open. It uses unsupported encoding settings." I uninstalled Windows Media Player and reinstalled a newer version and that doesn't work either. How do I fix this?

problem started about 8 days ago. Unable to play videos on MacBook when on the TinyBeans website. Using the app on iPhone was fine. But now the same problem is occurring when using the app. Any video posted prior to prior to July 21 will play on app and website. Have tried signing out and signing back in and tried reboot.

I have been receiving photos/short videos from a relative through tinybeans for several years via my e-mail. I stopped getting them several months ago though I am still on her contact list. My e-mail hasn't changed. Am I being blocked for some reason? We are both at a loss.

Hello, I have recently been having issues with my moments. They do not upload although I am connected to strong wifi and using the same phone as always and have not had issues uploading in the past. On Android, when I open Tiny Beans it says "uploading xx moments" and spins. I uninstalled and reinstalled, it seemed fine until the next notification came in. It started a few days ago. TinyBeans works fine on my iPad so seems to be an android issue. I'm reinstalling now. And it's working again, for now.

I am not getting pictures on the memories calendar. It keeps spinning but nothing is loading. I was asked to log on this morning which I did. However I had never logged off. The pics have loaded on the activities page finally but only from 1 of my 2 families.

I am getting push notifications of likes but when I open the app, nothing is in the notification list and no “likes” on the photos. I am seeing comments though. Also videos are not always loading and showing right. I have force closed the app, cleared the cache and reset my phone. Still an issue several days later.
