Tinybeans Private Family Album Status

I keep getting a message that login to the App through Facebook is "not currently available." for the last 3 days. When I attempt to sign in to Tinybeans directly, I am unable to because I have never set up a password so there is no password to change. It tells me that the email address already has an account to I need to change my password and it will be sent. However I have never received an email for the purpose of adding or changing the password for the App. Help!

I click download on a picture and it says (saving to gallery). Never goes in gallery

Since your upgrade, I both my husband & I both had problems with loading and opening the program. Fix it please. My family live hundreds of klms away and this is our visual daily record of the kids. The program wasn't broken!!

As soon as I open Tinybeans it switches off again. Tried several times and it repeats just switching off (or leaving app).

I can not play my family videos I've downloaded from Tinybeans. The error message says, "Can't open. It uses unsupported encoding settings." I uninstalled Windows Media Player and reinstalled a newer version and that doesn't work either. How do I fix this?

I can't view or download videos from this app. This started about 3-4 weeks ago.

I can see the photos. Videos do not work from email or the app on my Pixel. Latest update installed. When will this be fixed?

Videos will not play last three weeks.

Since August 1 videos won't play. Never a problem.before that.

I can watch videos that my daughter has posted up to Jul 18th. After that date, I've been unable to watch any videos posted. When I hit play, it just shows a black screen with a rotating orange circle.

The pictures take 72 hours to load and the videos don't work

problem started about 8 days ago. Unable to play videos on MacBook when on the TinyBeans website. Using the app on iPhone was fine. But now the same problem is occurring when using the app. Any video posted prior to prior to July 21 will play on app and website. Have tried signing out and signing back in and tried reboot.

Several of the videos posted by Rita Holguin Gonzalez have audio playin but no video showing. A few videos do work.

My phone shows images as posted but they haven't shown up for anyone else. This happened to my husband's phone several months ago. It seems both of our apps have stopped being able to post. Yet we're paying for a subscription.

I uploaded a video that won’t play back on the app. I tried closing and opening it again and shutting off and turning on but it still won’t play for myself or others. Thank you!

Tinybeans says I have the free subscription and am out of posts for the month when I’ve paid for the subscription already. NOT cheap.

I have been receiving photos/short videos from a relative through tinybeans for several years via my e-mail. I stopped getting them several months ago though I am still on her contact list. My e-mail hasn't changed. Am I being blocked for some reason? We are both at a loss.

Hello, I have recently been having issues with my moments. They do not upload although I am connected to strong wifi and using the same phone as always and have not had issues uploading in the past. It is quite frustrating to have to upload them twice and have a broken moment visible for me thst is can't remove. Any help appreciated Alana

Constantly downloading moments when I go to Memories. This is a recent issue in the last month.

The app is constantly downloading photos, after all my photos have been successfully posted. This is a recent occurrence, in the last month. How can I resolve this?

App constantly says uploading xx moments and then nothing happens. It also will not let me load any images.

On Android, when I open Tiny Beans it says "uploading xx moments" and spins. I uninstalled and reinstalled, it seemed fine until the next notification came in. It started a few days ago. TinyBeans works fine on my iPad so seems to be an android issue. I'm reinstalling now. And it's working again, for now.

My photos won't load from yesterday.

I am not getting pictures on the memories calendar. It keeps spinning but nothing is loading. I was asked to log on this morning which I did. However I had never logged off. The pics have loaded on the activities page finally but only from 1 of my 2 families.

Same issues as others. Tinybeans keeps buffering and message displayed says it's downloading 200+ messages. Cannot upload new pictures.

Unless I keep turning my phone off and on, Tiny Beans keeps buffering and telling me it's downloading 272 messages or some such outrageous number. Help. This is new since the upgrade to the comment section which is not my favorite upgrade, btw. Thanks!

Ever since the latest update installed, the “likes” do not display on my photographs. Very annoying, please fix or advise me how I can fix.

I am getting push notifications of likes but when I open the app, nothing is in the notification list and no “likes” on the photos. I am seeing comments though. Also videos are not always loading and showing right. I have force closed the app, cleared the cache and reset my phone. Still an issue several days later.

App on i phone says “session expired” and won’t recognise me when I log in.
