I have a problem with FamilySearch Memories

No current problems

- Doesn't show all memories

- No filters to show "not tagged" or "no title"

- Website needs to adopt the same circular tags and auto-face-circles as the app

- People tagged in photos in the Tree app don't show up in the Memories app

- Attaching a audio file to a family search file is complicated

- Takes a long time to figure out how the app works for attaching pictures or audio files to a specific individual in family search

App on android phone suddenly will not open due to it saying it has no browser detected even though .

To resolve FamilySearch Memories network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the FamilySearch Memories App
1. On android, goto Settings » FamilySearch Memories » click [Force Stop]

Clear FamilySearch Memories App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FamilySearch Memories » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FamilySearch Memories.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FamilySearch Memories » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FamilySearch Memories » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FamilySearch Memories
