it’s impossible to cancel Family Search! changed passwords many times. the they send you to Just Ask and charge you for what i don’t know. for a church related service

How to fix FamilySearch app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FamilySearch app on iPhone
Update FamilySearch app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FamilySearch iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FamilySearch on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FamilySearch network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

FamilySearch Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix FamilySearch not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the FamilySearch App
1. On android, goto Settings » FamilySearch » click [Force Stop]

Update FamilySearch to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FamilySearch App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FamilySearch » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FamilySearch.

Fix FamilySearch unable to contact server/ FamilySearch internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FamilySearch » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FamilySearch » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FamilySearch
