I pick the pictures to be sent to the frame and get the message that they are sending however they never make it to the frame. It's connected to the same WiFi as my phone...... what do I need to do to correct the problem?
Got AiMor photo frame as a gift about a week ago, have been adding pictures for several days and has been working fine from 8:00 to 10:00 pm, the settings to turn off and on. After adding additional photos today, after displaying 2 or 3 photos it shuts down. When I turn it back on it shows a message in the upper right hand corner that the server is not connected. I check the Wifi and it is connected but still shuts down after 2 or 3 pictures. Please advise.
Frame suddenly turned off. Cannot restart it. When I turn it on, it flashes like a strobe light. Tried unplugging overnight & restarted in the morning but same issue. Held power button for several seconds & nothing happened, except the screen flashing white light repeatedly. Do you answer people's questions? I do not see any answers to the questions & problems posted above.

My AiMOR will not connect to the server even though I am connected to WiFi
When sending pictures to the app they will not send/transfer. The history shows the pictures attempting to send. I get a spinning signal on the ones trying to download. Ive restarted the frame, cut the frame off and pictures will not transfer. Any other suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you.

The screen doesn't stay on. It goes blank. I set the sleep timer but it is blank after a few photos are displayed then goes blank.

My AiMor stopped connecting to the server. It has worked for months, now won't connect for the last couple of days. I have powered down, unplugged for several hours, attempted to reconnect to our WiFi. Any thoughts?
When we first uploaded the pictures to the digital frame, everything was working fine. Now, after about a week of using the frame, many of the pictures are just solid blur and the longer there we’ve turned the system off we let it rest and then reboot it, but it did not fix the problem, any advice you can give me would be very helpful. This was a gift from our daughter and I hate to throw it in the trash.
I changed from an android phone to an iPhone. I downloaded the app and forgot my user name and password. Every user name I could think of including my email results in "user doe snot exist". Then the app freezes. How can I reset my user name?
been trying for two days to install AIMOR on my up to date LG smartphone. all permissions etc, it is online, click on install and it sits in "pending" for hours. if this isn't resolved the picture frame will go back.
