Force Stop the Hum App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Hum app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Hum to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Hum App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Hum app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Hum.

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Hum » "Force Stop".
