Cozi won't let me sign in on my computer. It doesn't open correctly on my Galaxy phone.
Notifications not working for me or my wife on shared calendar
It is no longer easy to move items up and down a to do list by dragging them. Also I cannot see most of the to do list because there’s a large white space at the bottom of the screen.
When I look ahead - it only shows 3 dots over and over- I need to check dates and schedules and this is impossible-
Hi, I am not getting notifications from Cozi, and when I click on our family "Settings" it says our household data hasn't finished downloading yet". I can't do anything, and it has been going on for days. Can someone please help? Thanks Aileen Thomas
12-12023 I have Cozi Gold as of 2 months ago. Used regular Cozi for 5+years. Cannot access my account for billing purposes Reset password link does not work Does not recognize my email address (account user name)
When in Calendar it says that I am not able to edit that I am offline. I am not offline and able to connect to the internet.
I cannot view upcoming events. All that shows are three dots as if they are trying to load, but they never come up. I use this to organize the schedules of my team for work including surgeries that we must attend and patient care appointments. Having this not load is a major problem.
I can't see more than about 6 weeks out. Even reoccurring events do not show past September 30th.

I was charged for a Year's subscription, from cozy. but when I tried to get a prescription they denied me and now I can't log in or see my account. I will send to you a copy of my bank statement if I need to.

Do I have to upgrade to gold to be able to see my home page?
Since I upgraded to iOS 16, the recipe tab causes Cozi to crash. I always keep getting told that I need to login to Cozi. Our family has loved the app, but this is frustrating.
Since upgrading to iPhone 14 pro, Cozi crashes every time I tap the recipe tab
So aggravated at not being able to pull up years of entering important dates & information on this new setup of Cozi. It runs so slowly. So many people recommended Cozi because it was efficient, simple & a wonderful way of being organized. Why go & change the whole setup that won't even run properly? Prefer the old way. Go back please!!

HI there. I am really clueless here. I set up the account on my phone. I need other family members to join. But I don't see any specific instructions anywhere about how that happens. After she downloads the app, what does she do next?
Over the past week or so, whenever I try to access my calendar, it will flash up for a moment and then go back to refreshing(or whatever it's called when text is all replaced by dots, as though it's in the process of updating) and takes a long time to load.
