WSOP Poker Status

The WSOP app won’t let me connect to my Facebook account. It will acts like Facebook is opening and then the page will turn blank. I’ve been trying for days on my iPhone.

The app just freezes. No problem with other apps

after the download am stuck in play money can't get to real money. I did select Nevada download.... bamboo

Works ok for a couple minutes, then when the bingo or other side specialty games start it slows and then freezes up. A Amazon block comes on saying it's shutting down. I haven't been able to play over five minutes at a time, I'm afraid to buy chips because of the freezing up issues. I'm not having fun and you guys aren't making any chip sales... Please fix this issue or I'm going to a different provider. Thank you, Dave

I play WSOP online free on my husband's computer. I logged out. I tried to relog in and have forgotten my password. I tried to follow directions but it keeps saying an error happened.

App keep on freezing up.

Hi, I've been a long time player of your excellent app. But recently I'm getting more & more frustrated as it now freezes mid game! Tried clearing cashe, data, uninstall/reinstall all to no avail. Is my phone (S10) no longer up to running it or is there a problem at your end?

I've been Playford quite a while and all of a sudden, the game freezes and I have to reload after about 5 or so hands. I've uninstall the game, reset my phone but still not working. Help needed please.

I lose internet connection at least 35 times a night when I play. I even went and updated my wifi to faster speeds. The game freezes only when I'm at the tables and then I lose millions and MILLIONS of chips. Seeing that there is dozens if not hundreds of people complaining, it's something on YOUR end. Fix your darn servers, update them and get more bandwidth. It's ridiculous

When I'm in a game, I'm unable to return to the lobby. Even if I close the app, I keep losing chips. I've Uninstaller and reinstalled, but it's not showing me a lobby option.

I can get into a game, but whe. I want to leave, there is no “return to lobby” option, it has been replaced by a “trip menu” that does nothing. Closing the app does not return to lobby either and has cost me over 100 million because it won’t leave the table in any game mode or table.

The side games that go on during poke like bingo, bad beat and paying off for premium hands don’t work but the poker game does

3rd time app opens and freezes spinning it will not let me log in threw aplle played game for years lost everything now here we go again. I updated it . I even shut the phone off for several hours. Which last time worked. This bug needs to be fixed. . If your going to update the app then make sure it works in the aople app stire. Not happy. I will lose a lot of coins and all my accimplishments. Frustrated

I am very annoyed and disappointed with WSOP's Champion Circuit where you can choose Housewarming, Colossus. Monster Stack or High Roller. Specifically, whichever one you choose when you spin the wheel it almost ALWAYS gives you the LEAST amount. For Example Monster Stack says to Win up to 50B. The buy-in ios 20M and when you spin the result is almost always only 40M and with High Roller which boasts that one could win up to 450B, when you buy in for 180M it almost always results in only 360M and sometimes only 240M. I have played these many times and the results are always the same and I have spoken with other players who experience the same. I realize that they all say win "UP TO" but we only win only around double the buy-in. This leads me to conclude that the wheel spinning is RIGGED to land on the smallest amounts. You know it...I know it. TR

I've got a huge problem with your game I've tried for weeks to log into my account of the game and it has been hacked by someone ,my game status was 378 and I had over 210 friends ,my game status was a master 2 ,plus I had 100 million chips ,well thanks to your game ,I can't get into it and play ,I've had to start all over ,which is very wrong ,please get this fixed and resume my status of play plus a huge bonus for the problems that has been caused u need to find who hacked my account , thanks cash

Season bar is not moving

When I search it on Google play it won't appear, then when I go on Google and try to install it from there it says that I can't install it. Someone pls help me. I even tried watching videos on yt but nothing helped.

I was forced to create a login and once I did lost all my chips, friend connections and status. Completely BS. User Name 9h05T. Fix it or off to another site.

I'm playing on my laptop windows 10 on the wsop website. My issues are the game freezes, it plays on its own, it throws me off , out ,shuts me off, takes my money, spins like crazy, what's going on? Won’t let me log in Keeps going back to home page

At first it said update so i did everytime i logged on it told me to update I eventually it said pending and spinning and spinning..its still spinning so i tried shutting off ny phone and restarting then i uninstalled the app and trying to reninstall still that says pending and spinning and spinning..i cant get on to the app. Plus i dont want to lose my standings where i was Please help me get the app back

Playing this game for years. Just started getting a locked screen with the following message; “Earn of chip bonus by signing in with” Facebook/apple/ There is an option “Later (connect as guest)”. Will not react to me clicking on either of these option’s I have plenty of storage, internet connection is good and I reset iPad several times. Any suggestions.

Wsop app froze on pop game. I'm playing on TMobile Alcatel pad. Using WiFi 5g, I have restarted game, on - off WiFi but everytime I launch wsop app it goes directly to the pop game. And stays frozen there. Any advice?

The app keeps freezing in the middle of my games and then kicks me out of the app completely and when I open it again I am in the same game minus chips because of blinds and any bets, calls or raises that I might have invested but didn't get to finish the hand because the app wasn't responding. Do you have any suggestions?

Not possible to register for games. Getting a message saying I don’t have enough chips when I have over 4Billion.
