The Videoleap app keeps crashing when I trying to post the sims FreePlay everything s1 ep 9 for this episode because I posted this comments at this video on YouTube and I need some updates to episode 8, and I created the episode 9 and I tried to text “ranger clay jarvis: hey, I have a clue for this footprints” and i avoided app crashing for an days or an weeks ago, and I tried to post an updates for this tag updates for season two on my first main account that I got banned for an month ago, the Videoleap app keeps crashing, and some I need to type something to send Videoleap that my app keeps crashing text for no reason, and I sent it to Videoleap to fix this app, and some apps are fixing from the updates, and for an week or an month ago, I posted some the sims FreePlay everything a new episode and this text, it keeps crashing, and this Videoleap crashed by now at August 1st, but I tried searching the Videoleap app keeps crashing the video, and I can’t find the video, so the Videoleap keeps kicking me out for texting, so I tried carefully to not crashed the app and the Videoleap crashed for no reason, in the first episode of the sims FreePlay everything, I texted “sorry if Videoleap crashed for no reason” in the beginning, so not on Roblox when I tried to text so long and the text crashed and it’s gone, when I tried to report people’s on Roblox.

Things are super busy problem when I using ai features.

Cannot save my video in 4K, it keeps crashing

This is an ongoing issue for over two years now. I pay for the Best version but my videos won’t properly save. When I open the app, my videos are riddled with yellow triangles with exclamation marks. And my video is gone.

I’m unable to edit my purchased template. Whenever I upload my videos/images to the template then “save”, the template crashes! This template was already too expensive- the least it can do is work!

the use templates and use si template are not clickable for me… i can not use any templates by clicking the use now button

Hi, I can’t export my 1 min video. It has some shorter transitions and variations of speed. Other than than not heavy om effects. When I press play, the clicks thar are playing belong to another video of mine, that I edited a few weeks ago. So timeline is pointing to the wrong reference clips? ”Somethong went wrong. Try again” is the message I receive. What do I do? I tried duplicating the project. No luck…

I made a music video for tik tok and the app renders the video with a horrible buzzing noise in it. The video isn’t peaking and it renders perfectly on iMovie. Please help this is annoying I paid for the pro membership and I feel like I got completely ripped off.

My problem is that, I have a video I've made with another app, 1080p. I'm trying to export it here to 4K, but it just keeps leaving me a message something went wrong. The video's only 40mb, but when I try to export it on 1080p60, it lets me. What's the problem? Video's only 15s long

How can everyone complain about the same problem and you don't fix it?? I've been struggling for hours to export my video without any luck, just "something went wrong", not what is expected from a charged app. poor service. I’m trying to export my less than 10 minute long project that I already successfully exported once but I just forgot to cut something out of it, and now it will not export and gets to 100% and says ‘whoops sorry something went wrong’ I’ve tried deleting videos for storage but that isn’t the issue and there shouldn’t be one

When one chooses templates its blank.. a black screen.

my app opens just fine. but when i try to make a new project it closes out of the app. and i thought maybe it was my phone acting up but i can get on to other apps just fine. i’ve tried powering off my phone and deleting and redownloading the app multiple times and nothing has worked.

The app opens fine and I can open my projects the video edits, clip lengths, and even downloaded music are there however the video and individual clips themselves will not load. it just appears as black or a black screen with a caution signal. Ive lost dozens of hours of editing work because of this issue.

Hello. I’m a paid member for Videoleap. Currently it says I’m using over 14 gigs of memory but I’ve deleted all videos and drafts in the app? Why is it still showing so much usage? Also, new features or effects coming any time soon?
