I cannot stress enough how much I hate CyberArkIdentity. Unfortunately, it’s the only way I can access most of my school pages on mobile. CyberArkIdentity crashes every time I open it. Every. Single. Time. and I am forced to delete CyberArkIdentity and download again, as just restarting or exiting CyberArkIdentity doesn’t fix it.

Ever since the switch to this new app nothing has ever worked the first time. Enrolling corporate devices often takes 3-4 tries, even when putting in the same information. It often fails to install a simple certificate.

I am the owner. Approved Services aren’t displayed, employees can’t sign in once they arrive to work, clients are not showing in the consumers assigned to me selection. I have spent 21 days waiting for assistance from help desk, and the EVV details are stating that staff is not in allowable service areas, I have met employees at individuals home, and confirmed their locations ,but CyberArkIdentity continuously states week after week some staff members are not in allowable range. This is creating problems with staff income, and definitely needs more work on CyberArkIdentity. Not recommended at this time.

I have to use this for work every single day and it’s horrible. Geolocation almost never works even thought my location is on for safari. When I try to approve a job it does not register correctly. So I don’t get an option to sign out. Have to call my boss and give them my hours and it’s a mess. I can’t track my hours at all and always have problems with authentication and logging in. And It opens 100s of tabs open on safari for CyberArkIdentity . I hate this.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, but CyberArkIdentity is consistently inconsistent. When it works it works as intended, but when it fails it makes accessing online workplace spaces harder than it would be by just going to the website in a browser.

After their recent update, this is completely unusable: it gets notifications but never loads the prompt.

Authenticating is possible but requires a number of steps: see the alert on your notifications, unlock the screen, unlock CyberArkIdentity , navigate to the notifications, approve the request, etc. and CyberArkIdentity processes each step at a pace which could most charitably described as stately.

They advertise an Apple Watch app but it’s obviously untested: it never loads and will tell you to sign in from your phone.

I was forced to install CyberArkIdentity in order for me to keep working. They said it would be easier to track and log my hours. Now I am not getting paid for last month due to authentication process not working. My bosses are trying everything they can to get it working but support has no reasonable solution and most of them just pass the buck without even giving me my claim number. This is the worst. How do your company get this contract. Corruption is a foot.

Access prompts show up on Apple Watch with Approve/Deny buttons but nothing happens when you use them. Entering CyberArkIdentity afterwards shows a banner with the request details but large parts of the text are cut off on either side of the screen on an iPhone XS.

Do better. This mobile app is probably the aspect of your product that racks up the most user-hours of screen time, it shouldn't look and feel like it was outsourced to a few teenagers.

When CyberArkIdentity was working right, I could press down on a login request notification to bring up the Approve and Deny buttons, then tap the Approve button to verify the request. That functionality has been broken for several months. Now, when I click the Approve button from the notification, nothing happens. I have to open CyberArkIdentity and approve it again from inside CyberArkIdentity .

Receive 2FA notification on Apple Watch, click Approve, nothing happens. Receive Banner notification when iPhone is unlocked and swipe down to reveal Approve/Deny buttons and click Approve, nothing happens.

The only way to approve consistently that I have found is go into CyberArkIdentity , refresh the notifications and click the Green/Red Approve/Deny buttons inside CyberArkIdentity .

Please fix this for next version update and I will re-review.

Lacks basic features like being able to add/remove/change a device after upgrade. The MFA push used to work, now it disappears and you have to dig it out of CyberArkIdentity . To top it off, the latest feature update broke web authentication rendering Idaptive entirely useless and causing login issues across the company.

I will be looking at the competition as soon as this contract is up for renewal.

If I could give CyberArkIdentity a zero star review I would. I’ve been forced to use CyberArkIdentity for almost 3 years now and I’ve hated it since day one. I never had any problems with any of my accounts until my school Abraham Baldwin Agricultural college switch to using Centrify. App and website rarely are working and has caused unnecessary stress and problems. If you really care cancel your contract with my school.

I absolutely hate CyberArkIdentity. I’m a owner of a health care agency and I have to use CyberArkIdentity to stay in compliance, but two to three times a week I can’t login! I am constantly getting a pop up saying a error occurred while starting this application!! Then it send you to a link for common issues using tech terms I do not understand !!

Too many steps to authenticate and utilize different apps through this program. Have to authorize my phone to use other apps through CyberArkIdentity and get kicked out of what I am trying to login to, which causes me to start the login process over. I hate CyberArkIdentity!! I would give zero stars if I could.

CyberArkIdentity works well most of the time, but I have to perform too many steps to authorize a request.
One suggestion is to automatically activate the FaceId scanning, without having to press the “Use FaceId” button.

I’ve been using the Centrify app for iOS for close to four years. It’s been on my phone for that long, since I continually use the mobile Authenticator for all Multi Factor Authentication.

I also use it to gain quick access to apps that I use in my work, salesforce, office and concur for expenses. Furthermore, CyberArkIdentity is very secure, using SAML to quickly assign me a token for authentication.

My phone is managed by the Centrify cloud platform, which means if I ever lose it or it gets stolen, my data is protected. Someone in my enterprise can lock to wipe my phone on demand.

Outside of SAML, I love that it uses single sign on for all my app logins, which takes the guess work out of any passwords I may have forgotten, since I store these in my user portal.

One more neat feature is access to the system vault. So if I need an account login for a system in my enterprise, I can quickly check out a password for an account, knowing at the conclusion of my work on the server, the password will be rotated and protected from password reuse.

Bottom line, it’s a great platform and CyberArkIdentity facilitates excellent identity management. From MFA to Single sign on, Centrify has saved me countless productivity hours and protected me from potential breaches.

Been using CyberArkIdentity for several years. Very stable and gives me access to my apps as well as being an MFA token for access to several resources. Keep it up!

Been using Centrify for several years now. It makes accessing my work, and personal, apps a breeze. No more remembering all the logins and passwords, Centrify handles it all for you. Also has MFA capability that work has enable for remote login into company resources. I highly recommend using Centrify for your SSO needs.

I’ve been using CyberArkIdentity for nearly a month. It provides a great one-stop-shop for all my corporate apps (like Salesforce, Concur, Dropbox, everything!) in a secure, easy to use fashion.

Single sign on is key, otherwise what’s the point... It’s smart and will only ask for credentials (sometimes multi factor) when something different/unique is happening, like traveling cross country, etc.

Having been forced to use MDM products over the years, I really appreciate Centrify’s simplified and powerful approach.

App works well for me but wish Apple Watch worked better. Apple Watch will give me the notification but I must go to phone to complete authentication. Other apps like duo etc can complete whole flow on watch.
