I've used robyte for years on my amazon Fire tablet. Recently I got a new WiFi router for that broadband and added a 2nd broadband service with its own WiFi router.. Now robyte doesn't work. It says "unable to connect to your roku" no matter which broadband I try to connect to. Why doesn't RoByte work now?

How to fix RoByte app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the RoByte app on iPhone
Update RoByte app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall RoByte iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix RoByte on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve RoByte network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

RoByte Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix RoByte not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the RoByte App
1. On android, goto Settings » RoByte » click [Force Stop]

Update RoByte to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear RoByte App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » RoByte » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart RoByte.

Fix RoByte unable to contact server/ RoByte internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click RoByte » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto RoByte » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RoByte
