Ever since the app was updated about a year ago, I am unable to watch TV on my Fios TV mobile app. It tries to load and then error comes on. All subsequent updates have not fixed the problem.
Delete new app download older version
Unable to verify my subscription error. I have been streaming these channels for over 2 years working from home. Now it says it cannot verify my subscription. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and I have submitted a ticket and received no response.
I downloaded the newest version of the Verizon Fios TV Mobile app. Now, I can’t open the app on my iphone.
Mobile app freezes all the time on my kindle fire. I can watch any other streaming service and not have his issue. I put in a ticket moths ago and never received a response about it.
My device - iPhone- has been unregistered & I can’t get the app to work. Should I just delete the app & reinstall? HELP. 😕
