- The methods for obtaining free coins by watching video ads rarely worked during the first few days.

- Costs are extremely high to only get a few coins per ad.

- It jumped straight to the end cutscene and ruined the entire experience.

Are you guys still makeing episodes of the games ? I am looking forward to new ones I pretty new to the app and it makes me said to see you haven’t post in 2 years .

How to fix Suspects app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Suspects app on iPhone
Update Suspects app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Suspects iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Suspects on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Suspects network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Suspects Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Suspects not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Suspects App
1. On android, goto Settings » Suspects » click [Force Stop]

Update Suspects to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Suspects App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Suspects » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Suspects.

Fix Suspects unable to contact server/ Suspects internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Suspects » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Suspects » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
