Force Stop the T- App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click T- app. » click "Force Stop".

Update T- to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear T- App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "T- app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch T-.

Fix T- unable to contact server/ T- internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click T- » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got T- » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch T- on android.
