The app accepts a booking, but hangs when it comes to payment processing. Booking reference is issued, and points are used, but payment has not been made, and booking is therefore not confirmed. It takes ages to sort out by email afterwards.

I am trying to find a hotel in Helsinki for February 2024. APP only proposes hotels in Tallin, none in Helsinki. Looks like a bug in this APP.

Hi my Accor App is crashing and I am not getting the same price when I go to hotel receptions .. 3 times now I have paid 50 euros / francs more .. I had to spend 4 nights in another hotel because of it .. I like to collect the points .. every time I try to book it give me an error message try again l later .. the reception staff all try to charge more I’m getting so fed up with it ..

Hi I can get into my Accor account but when I tap on the Rewards or my Status to see how my points and nights are going this will not open I have been trying for 3 days and this won’t open ! Won’t open on iPad or iPhone! Was working prior to this ! I have shut down both devices and also deleted the app and re-installed and still not working correctly. can you help please ?
