I woke up this morning and discovered that both my telegram X and telegraph has been automatically removed in my phone system. Please how can I recover them back?
For some weeks now I have been unable to save articles on either my up to date Android phone or my Windows 10 laptop. The tech support team at the Telegraph advised me to "Please try the following steps:- delete and reinstall the app on your device (phone and/or tablet) check your wi-fi connection log out and log back in clear your stored cookies make sure the device is up to date check storage space on the device delete any previous articles to create more storage on the device " but doing all that on both my phone and laptop has not rectified the problem! PS the back function on my phone doesnt work either!!
back button not working
I am unable to save articles or access previously saved articles via my iPhone. The problem has been apparent for several weeks. Prior to that everything worked perfectly.
The back button on my Telegraph app doesn't work. Have to navigate back to home page after every article.
