miles app not opening
MILES app not letting me claim miles earned. I have not notification of the app being discontinued.
Just received an email that Miles app is officially shutting down on 5/14/25. Very sad

The miles app is not tracking all my trips for the last 3 weeks.

It hasn't tracked any of my September miles
App isn’t tracking trips correctly. Majority of trips do get tracked, but it seems every few days, something is missed. Ie. Today it’s showing no trips, yet I’ve made 2. Sometimes it misses an “in between” trip. Ie. I’ll travel from A to B, then B to C, then C to A, but the B to C is missing. My code is Q0N1QK
Not tracking my miles
Ive noticed the milea app does not record trips i take sometimes even though i have my Bluetooth on. I just returned from a trip that was over 100 miles of travel one way, but the app has no data for it at all. Is there something i can do to fix this issue?
When I open the app its not loading any of the info

My mileage is not being tracked since june
My app stops tracking my miles for no reason.
Trying to finish setting up account it tells me to enter phone number and then it says “something went wrong please try again later”. I tried today first time brought me to different page asking for code. I didn’t receive the code until 1 hour later. Went to enter it and asked for my phone number again and automatically said something went wrong try again later. So I waited 10 minutes. Then 1 hour then 5 hours and still having same response.
