Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Revel app issues:

Force Stop the Revel App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Revel app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Revel to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Revel App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Revel app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Revel.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Revel » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
