How to fix Revel app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Revel app on iPhone
Update Revel app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Revel iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Revel on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Revel network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Revel Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Revel not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Revel App
1. On android, goto Settings » Revel » click [Force Stop]

Update Revel to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Revel App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Revel » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Revel.

Fix Revel unable to contact server/ Revel internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Revel » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Revel » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Revel
