FNB Status

Failing to log in to my app, it keeps saying I should connect to Wi-Fi or data but my Wi-Fi and data is on but it’s still not working

I cant connect to my fnb app, have been struggling with it for a week now, it says unable to connect, i cant use my app or my bank card because i have got a new card and no pin because i have to activate my card in the app so that i can get my pin, i have contacted multiple fnb numbers but it is a dead end and i dont have access to my money, should i be joining another bank who can help me after almost 30 years or are fnb going to help me because the service is pathetic...please help

I am trying to reset my password but it won't open, it says cannot connect. My internet is on and fine.

Reporting my issue with the fnb banking app I am connected to data and wifi but yet the app says unable to connect can you please get back to me ASAP on 0824908444

86 years old, poor eyesight and struggle to read through writing and symb, I much preferred the old apps appearance.

My fnb app says No accounts This functionality is unavailable because you do not have any transactional accounts

My app won't open... Says its connection issue. U have 100's people complaining about the same issue, but no where can i find a way to resolve this problem. Please help

App says unable to connect but internet and WiFi works. Delete cache, deleted and reinstalled App. Still no joy. Called fnb, emailed fnb and went to branch. Still no joy.

Over the last week the FNB app does not work on my device. It seems unable to connect to the internet. I've been to 2 branches and used the call center, Uninstalled and reinstalled, used branch wifi etc etc. but still no joy. :(((
