I cant connect to my fnb app, have been struggling with it for a week now, it says unable to connect, i cant use my app or my bank card because i have got a new card and no pin because i have to activate my card in the app so that i can get my pin, i have contacted multiple fnb numbers but it is a dead end and i dont have access to my money, should i be joining another bank who can help me after almost 30 years or are fnb going to help me because the service is pathetic...please help

App says unable to connect but internet and WiFi works. Delete cache, deleted and reinstalled App. Still no joy. Called fnb, emailed fnb and went to branch. Still no joy.
