How to fix Formed app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Formed app on iPhone
Update Formed app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Formed iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Formed on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Formed network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Formed Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Formed not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Formed App
1. On android, goto Settings » Formed » click [Force Stop]

Update Formed to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Formed App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Formed » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Formed.

Fix Formed unable to contact server/ Formed internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Formed » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Formed » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Formed
