For the last couple of weeks, my current solve time has not appeared in the Stats page of my NYT crosswords app. Is this a known issue? I am using an iPhone 13 Pro Max, running iOS 15.5.

To resolve NYT Games network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix NYT Games not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the NYT Games App
1. On android, goto Settings » NYT Games » click [Force Stop]

Update NYT Games to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NYT Games App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » NYT Games » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart NYT Games.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click NYT Games » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto NYT Games » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
