Golden1 log in has not worked on mobile (does work on the laptop) for several weeks. No fix suggested by the help line.

Will not allow my to open the app due to "USB debugging" on OneNote 8 phone. Have cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, checked all of my settings for anything even remotely similar to a "debugging" option (can't find anything) tried following instructions from other people who have had the same issue and still can not figure out how to get around this issue.
