Will not allow my to open the app due to "USB debugging" on OneNote 8 phone. Have cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, checked all of my settings for anything even remotely similar to a "debugging" option (can't find anything) tried following instructions from other people who have had the same issue and still can not figure out how to get around this issue.
