Will not allow my to open the app due to "USB debugging" on OneNote 8 phone. Have cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, checked all of my settings for anything even remotely similar to a "debugging" option (can't find anything) tried following instructions from other people who have had the same issue and still can not figure out how to get around this issue.

How to fix Golden 1 app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Golden 1 app on iPhone
Update Golden 1 app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Golden 1 iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Golden 1 on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Golden 1 network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Golden 1 not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Golden 1 App
1. On android, goto Settings » Golden 1 » click [Force Stop]

Update Golden 1 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Golden 1 App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Golden 1 » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Golden 1.

Fix Golden 1 unable to contact server/ Golden 1 internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Golden 1 » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Golden 1 » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Golden 1
