Worked fine when I got it at 1st now it's telling me I don't have Internet to download to update a ford (yes I no a ford 😅) bar the fact I paid the full amount to unlock everything, pure bullshit not happy what's going on

My Problem is: Carly Android app connects with car, reads out diagnostics 100% but never finishes and is stuck at 100% indication. So I cannot advance and cannot clear the errors in the car. Very bad, How to solve it? So many users report exactly the same problem....

I have tried to raise so many tickets which automatically close and say issue is solved. I have even asked that they don't close my ticket until I say it's solved. Guess what, they closed it!!!! I have two scanners, have tried four different cars. the diagnostics works fine but unable to do coding. compatibility testing works, code possibilities comes up, select one, seatbelt alarm, try coding, unable. Try OBD diagnostics, unable. This is on a premium paid up membership with all brands opened.

the carly app is rubbish i waited nearly 1 month for the adapter ridiculous i ordered other items form germany and posed via the same company dhl and arrived in 5 days his is such a Time waster i got this to check my c63 black series and wont connect keeps crashing i have a samsung s22 ultra and my cars not the issue , i could have bought from another company and not wasted waiting for this piece of crap i emailed support no response or refund
