How to fix Fing app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Fing app on iPhone
Update Fing app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fing iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fing on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fing network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fing Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Fing not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Fing App
1. On android, goto Settings » Fing » click [Force Stop]

Update Fing to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fing App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Fing » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Fing.

Fix Fing unable to contact server/ Fing internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Fing » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Fing » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
