PenFed Status

i use a LAPTOP to get to my sites. i dont use my phone yet to do that. so, when i go to the PENFED.ORG ...site...i hit the SIGN IN ...button and the tab at the top starts that circling like its going to change to the SIGN IN PAGE....only it never does. now i have been using this computer for abt 2yrs...i have had other issues or the same type issue with penfed sign ins...i had to clear my cache ..and it would open but that was because i opened it more than once...well, i cant even open it once as it stays stuck on the sign in button. so i cannot sign in to check my account. i sent a msg to penfed and they said clear the cashe...like i hadnt thought of that. i did it again and cleared everything ..more than that...it is the next day and still penfed said...same thing clear cache or download another browser....i use microsoft edge....it always worked before...it makes me suspicious....im not computer expert ...

The penfed app abruptly stopped working. Penfed customer service is also broken and never was really worth anything.

Exact same issue as Vince. Can not successfully set up pattern login. When I get to confirmation stage nothing happens. Samsung Galaxy 23 UI 5.1 Android 13

I cannot set up either the fingerprint login or the pattern login on my Samsung Z Flip 4. It goes through the steps with the fingerprint login setup, but when I exit the app it's as if it was never done. With the pattern login setup, I get to the screen where you confirm your entered pattern, and hit 'SAVE' - nothing happens. A glitch in your software somewhere...

I can log into the app, but I can't use the deposit feature. Specifically, when taking the second photo of a check. I can start the deposit by adding the amount, then taking a photo of the front of the check. However, when trying to take a picture of the back, camera goes wonky and distorts the image. Doesn't matter if I take a picture of the back of the check first, or the front. The second photo is always distorted and rejected by the app. Has been happening for months now. Using a OnePlus9 phone with Android 13. I've deleted and re-installed with no luck.

Same problem as everyone else. I cannot use the PenFed mobile app on my iPhone any more; it won't log in. I can however login using the website on my laptop.

I seem to have the same problem here as everyone else, I can access my PenFed accounts through any browser on any device, I just can't get my Android PenFed app give me access. This started about a month ago or so. Today is 18 September 2022. I've written PenFed several times and finally received, in so many words, a reply that this is an issue and they're working on it. As a customer, I don't mind if there's a problem, I just want to know, is it at my end or is it at their end. It's a PenFed problem. On my Samsung phone I use my browser to access PenFed and saved that browser link as a Home screen icon. (I use that work-around for sites that don't have a dedicated app.)

tried to update the app; won't update

The PenFed app doesn’t work on my iPhone or iPad. I have to go into my browser and login into PenFed.org and then can access. This has been happening for months. I deleted the app and then reinstalled but same error. Any ideas. Thank you.

Penfed App hasn't let me log in for last few weeks. Get an error message that app encountered an error. Contacted Penfed through webpage contact, got reply they are aware of an on going problem. Verified myself it is not an iOS version problem.

App hasn't allowed sign in for a couple of months now, I have to use website log in. The app opens but will not let me enter username. Is this a common problem? Thanks

Am trying to use the PenFed app on Android, on my Pixel 6 phone. All my other apps work fine in respect to being able to use fingerprint login successfully. PenFed app goes through the process to set up fingerprint login, gets no errors in the process, but yet no trace of fingerprint login next time I log in. Or I tap "Enable fingerprint" on the app settings, it verifies my fingerprint, but the button in the app still says "Enable fingerprint" instead of "Fingerprint enabled" or whatever that indicates that fingerprint will be used for login. Also, I have Bit Warden on my Android phone, which also plays successfully with all my other apps for auto-filling user name and password. For some reason, the PenFed Android app doesn't communicate with Bit Warden at all. My PenFed login is stored in Bit Warden and normally it would be filled into the login form on the app. Instead, I have to type my user name, and then copy-and-paste my password into the form. Broken broken broken.

PENFED app will not me log in.I enter correct username and password.Then a screen flashes in seconds about accepting something but goes away before I can do anything.Them a blank page that has ( movement)like it teyi g to do something. Tried multiple times to mo avail.
