- All their offices were closed.

- No one notify me about flight cancellation and re-schedule.

- Unintuitive look and feel as the app.

My Eva Mobile keeps on crashing when I go to My Trip/Check-in then Details. I tried to delete and add back the Eva Mobile app and and works again without crashing. But after a few hours, the problem returns back. I am using iOS 17.6.1 Hopefully, a fix will be released soon. Sincerely, Raymundo Licuanan
